Dengue Fever: Jamaica

According to the Jamaican Ministry of Health there has been a significant increase in dengue fever throughout the country.  So far this year, there have been over 2000 cases reported. Travelers are advised to practice daytime insect precautions. Please see our page on Protection Against Insect Bites
