Mozambique, South Africa: Flooding

Heavy rain is causing flooding in southern and central Mozambique, including in Maputo, and Kruger National Park in northeastern South Africa. Casualties have been reported and some residents and travelers have been evacuated from affected areas. Additional rainfall is expected. Travelers should expect disruption of transportation, avoid affected areas, and monitor the situation through local media.
